 3 carrots, sliced
 1 Tablespoon of oil
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the carrots and continue to move with a spatula.
Add the mushroom seasoning.

When they reach the desired tenderness, add a splash of wine.

Option: Add a handful of slivered almonds to the hot oil, then add the carrots.
