Yields1 Serving
 1 Quart of boiling water
 1 Bunch of broccoli rabe, washed
 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
 3 Cloves of garlic, chopped
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
 1/2 teaspoon of mushroom powder
 Splash of cooking wine

Trim the ends of the broccoli and place in boiling water for one minute.

Remove from the water, and set aside.

Heat your wok or frying pan and add the oil, garlic and salt.
Allow the garlic to turn light brown.

Add the broccoli to the pan and lightly stir fry adding the sugar, mushroom seasoning.

Add a splash of wine. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. Broccoli should rmain a bit crunchy.

Place on a serving platter and enjoy.
