
BEAN BURGER
Black beans are good for Kidney energy. By adding the leafy greens the Liver is also supported.
[cooked-sharing]
2 cups of canned black beans
1/4 cup of flour
2 cups of green leafy vegetables
1/2 onion, diced
1 egg
3 cloves of garlic, diced
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup of oil

Place ingredients in food processor and include half the greens.

Pulse until mixture is coarse, not smooth.

Form into patties. If they don't stick together, mix in additional flour.

Heat oil in a skillet.

Place patties in hot oil. Cook each side about 3 minutes.

Remove patties keeping heat on. Add additional salt and remaining greens in skillet and saute briefly until wilted.
