BARLEY AND RED DATE CEREAL WITH PINE NUTS

A favorite and versatile food recommended in our Dragon’s Way Qigong® program, Chinese pearl barley (also called Job’s tears or coix seed) has been proven to contain anticancer and anti-obesity properties. It is also very beneficial for skin and digestive issues. Chinese red dates (Da Zao or jujubes) also benefit the digestive organs and boost production of qi and blood. You can purchase Chinese pearl barley as well as Chinese red dates at your local Asian market.

Yields1 Serving
