
BALSAMIC FISH SOUP
A tasty dish with a kick, thanks to a splash of vinegar. Together the ingredients nurture Liver and Kidney function. Parsley is an added bonus that helps to "clean" the blood.

6 cups of boiling water
2 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of salt
1 small onion, cut into bite size chunks
1 tomato, cut into bite size chunks
1 ½ teaspoons of mushroom seasoning
2 teaspoons of cooking wine
⅓ pound of cod cut into strips
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
Handful of cilantro, chopped

In a hot wok add 1 tablespoon of oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add the onions and toss for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes and toss for 1 minute.
Then add the wine.

Add the mixture to the boiling water. Mix and adjust salt to taste.

Add 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning and cracked pepper.
Stir and allow to cook for 1 minute.

In a small bowl, add the fish and 1/2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning, and the
cornstarch. Mix well.

Gradually add the fish to the simmering soup.
Stir and allow to cook for 2 minutes.

Add the balsamic vinegar and stir.

Serve with cilantro.
