A tasty dish with a kick thanks to the splash of vinegar. Together the ingredients nurture Liver and Kidney function. Parsley is an added bonus that helps to "clean" the blood.

Balsamic vinegar and fish soup
Yields1 Serving
 6 cups of boiling water
 2 tablespoons of oil
 2 teaspoons of salt
 1 small onion, cut into bite size chunks
 1 tomato, cut into bite size chunks
 1 ½ teaspoons of mushroom seasoning
 2 teaspoons of cooking wine
  pound of cod cut into strips
 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
 Handful of cilantro, chopped

In a hot wok add 1 tablespoon of oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add the onions and toss for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes and toss for 1 minute.
Then add the wine.

Add the mixture to the boiling water. Mix and adjust salt to taste.

Add 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning and cracked pepper.
Stir and allow to cook for 1 minute.

In a small bowl, add the fish and 1/2 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning, and the
cornstarch. Mix well.

Gradually add the fish to the simmering soup.
Stir and allow to cook for 2 minutes.

Add the balsamic vinegar and stir.

Serve with cilantro.
