Smoothies are a great way to cool the body during the heat of summer. Remember: do not add ice, and enjoy your smoothie in the afternoon or evening.

Yields1 Serving
 ¼ cup almond milk
 1 peach, pitted and chopped
 ½ cup fresh berries

Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink at room temperature.

Adjust the amount of liquid if you’d like a thinner or thicker smoothie.

As an alternate, replace the almond milk with coconut water or coconut milk
