Healthy eating! When rolled in almonds, this meal supports healthy Lung and Kidney function and is great fro every season. TCM reminds us the essence of the meal is what's most important as it offers energetic support. Adding a touch of hot sauce increases the association with the Fall season.

 1 Scallion, cut into 2 inch strips
 1/3 pound of cod, cut into thick strips
 1/4 cup of crushed almonds
 ½ teaspoon of salt
 ½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 ½ teaspoon of oil
 Handful of arrugula
 Optional: Drizzle a touch of hot sauce prior to baking

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Line a baking dish with the scallion strips.

Crush the almonds then roll the fish in the almonds.

Place the fish in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the salt and mushroom seasoning on the fish.
Then drizzle the oil onto the fish.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
