
EASY SOUP
Sometimes you just need to make a quick meal! Add fish or left over chicken for a protein boost. The warming essence of this meal will support your digestive system. Add some fish or chicken for a protein boost.

3 cup of boiling water
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of oil
½ tomato, cut into bite sized chunks
Noodles of choice
Bunch of seaweed
Handful of parsley
Drizzle of sesame oil
½ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning

Heat a wok and add the oil and salt.
Add the tomatoes and gently toss for 1 minute.

To the boiling water, add the cooked tomatoes, mushroom seasoning and noodles.

When the noodles are cooked, add the seaweed and stir.
Add the parsley.

Remove pot from flame and drizzle sesame oil on top.

Optional: Adding mushrooms, onions or shrimp gives this simple dish a new twist.
