
5 MINUTE SCRAMBLE
Eggs represent perfect balance and future possibilities.

4 eggs
½ teaspoon of salt
pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
Handful of parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon of butter
¼ cup of leeks or onions, chopped

Crack the eggs into a small bowl.
Add the salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning and parsley.

Beat the eggs using chopsticks or a fork.
Beat for 1 minute until the eggs look fluffy.
Set aside.

In a non-stick frying pan, melt the butter.
Add the leeks or onions and saute for 1 minute.

Add the beaten egg mixture to to the frying pan.
Gently mix the eggs and onions together.

Allow one side to cook for less than 1 minute, then flip over or scramble.
