TANGERINE PEEL TEA

A beloved beverage in Traditional Chinese Medicine, tangerine peel (or Mandarin peel) is known to stimulate digestion, alleviate bloating, and relieve nausea.  Peels from 2 tangerines
 4 scallions, white and green parts cut in large pieces
 2 slices ginger root with skin, smashed
 3-4 almonds
 2 cups water
 Brown sugar or honey to taste

Put all ingredients in the water and bring to a boil for 2-4 minutes.
