
1-2-3 SHRIMP AND TOMATO SOUP
This soup takes little effort to make and is delicious. Shrimp will enhance healthy Kidney function while the other ingredients work together to support a healthy digestive system.
[cooked-sharing]
1 (14 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
½ cup of boiling water
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of mushroom powder
Handful of noodles
1 stalk of celery diced
4 shrimp/raw or frozen
Handful of frozen peas
1 tablespoon of cilantro
Cracked pepper to taste

Add the diced tomatoes to the boiling water.
Add the mushroom seasoning and salt.

Allow mixture to simmer for 5 minutes.
Then add the noodles.

When the noodles are almost cooked, add the remaining ingredients and allow the soup to simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the pepper and cilantro.

Note: If you use noodles that are soaked or cook quickly, add them 2 minutes after the shrimp, peas, and celery are added.
