SMOKED SALMON AVOCADO TOAST

This savory fish offers the Kidney support, while the avocado is cooling and nurtures the Liver. This recipe takes just a few minutes to prepare - perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch.

 1/2 ripe avocado
 1 tsp miso paste
 1 slice sourdough bread
 Smoked salmon

In a small bowl, mash avocado with miso paste until smooth and creamy.

Toast piece of bread, and then spread the avocado mixture onto the bread. Top with slices of smoked salmon, and enjoy.
