
DELICIOUS SALMON BAKE
Looking for a satisfying meal that's warming, can give you an energy boost and nourishes your Kidney Qi? Here it is and it's easy to make!
¾ Pound of salmon, cut into 2 inch wedgees
½ onion, sliced
1 tomato sliced into 1 inch chunks
2 Teaspoons of oil
½ Teaspoon of salt
½ Teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
Drizzle of wine
White pepper to taste
1 Scallion, sliced into strips

Add the strips of salmon to an oven proof pan. Set aside.
Pre-heat the over to 425 degrees.

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.
Add the onions and tomato.

Gently toss and add the mushroom seasoning. Toss until the onions are tender.

Spoon the mixture over the salmon and add the scallions on top.
Sprinkle wine over the salmon.

Add the pepper and bake for 8 minutes.
