Support yourself from within by implementing these three tips:
1. Deeply rest! Everything you do uses Qi. Reduce your energy expenditure by relaxing more.
2. Cover up! The body loves warmth. Protect your skin when outdoors and eat warming foods to support and nourish you.
3. Release stress! Stressful situations can sometimes be unavoidable. Begin a meditative system to bring peace within.
