I recently completed a Foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine course at my college. I learned so much about TCM this semester, and have integrated many of its teachings into my daily life.
Many of my friends have heard me talking about the TCM principles I learned. They have become encouraged to adapt their lifestyles as well. One of my best friends actually stopped drinking ice water and cold beverages after I explained how cold can bring upon illness. She texted me today saying she has never felt so refreshed.
This was honestly one of my all-time favorite classes. It has been such a positive and inspiring experience that I hope to integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine into my future practice as a medical provider. It truly has been one of the best experiences of my life.
