This Winter, we move out of the challenging year of 2020, and into 2021 when the body and mind must be nourished.

Here's what you'll experience:

Three Virtual Sessions with Grand Master Nan Lu

You’ll be inspired to become the healthiest version of yourself as you stimulate your genetic power. Each Zoom session, Grand Master Lu will talk about the power and importance of healthy Kidney energy: Chinese Medicine: Health Without Boundaries. He’ll also make time to practice along with you. Can’t make it live? The lecture and Q & A portion will be added to your private portal for future listening. However, the practice session will not.

Support Sessions

Questions often arise. Be guided with additional support from two long-time students of Grand Master Lu, Irma and Elaine.  Ask your questions and review the Qigong postures.  One virtual call is offered.

    Start your 2-week journey with an overview of the program’s goal, tips, and experiential activities.

    Access codes to all calls with Grand Master Lu and the support calls with Irma and Elaine.

  • Qigong Practices

    Here you’ll find a complete Qigong practice session taught by Grand Master Lu. He provides all the how-tos and explains why each posture is so powerful.

  • Healthy Winter Eating Plan

    Our eating plan is so well-received by even those who don’t normally cook!  It includes a 2-week menu, along with recipes and some how-to videos. Soups and warming foods will be emphasized. After participating for 10 days, Grand Master Lu will outline a fasting routine that is optional for those who desire a deeper challenge! This is not your traditional fasting. Actually, nothing we do is routine!

  • Private Facebook Forum

    Openly share your thoughts, experiences and results with other program participants. Grand Master Lu and his staff weigh in daily, too!

Program Timeline:

  • When you register, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Three days prior to the start of the program, you’ll receive a shopping list of suggested food items and access to the Facebook Forum.
