Here's what you'll experience:

Three Virtual Sessions with Grand Master Nan Lu

You’ll be inspired to be the healthiest version of you as you learn more about your innate healing power. Each Zoom session, Grand Master Lu will talk about the power and importance of healthy Kidney energy: Chinese Medicine: Health Without Boundaries

New this Session!

Live demonstrations! On the Zoom calls, Grand Master Lu will demonstrate specific Qigong practices that are best to do in the winter months. You’ll be able to practice along with him as your initial introduction to the routine. Then, the practice will be on your private portal for future viewing.

Support Sessions

Questions often arise. Be guided with additional support from two long-time students of Grand Master Lu, Irma and Elaine.  Ask your questions and review the Qigong postures.  1 virtual call will be offered.

All program materials will be on a membership page for you to access several times a day for one month. There you will find:

  • Welcome page

    Start your 2-week journey with an overview of the program’s goal, tips, and experiential activities.

    Access codes to all calls with Grand Master Lu’s and the support calls with Irma and Elaine.

  • Qigong Practices

    A video review of the daily Qigong postures along with how-to-practice advice.

  • Healthy Winter Eating Plan

    Our eating plan is so well received by even those who don’t normally cook!  It includes a 2 week menu along with recipes and some how-to videos. Soups and warming foods will be emphasized.

Chicken Soup Mix $12.00: Herbal package, to support the immune system.  Can be added to any large pot of soup.
