 1 tomato, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
 1 onion, sliced thin
 4-5 sliced mushrooms
 2 teaspoons of salt
 5 cups of boiling water
 ½ teaspoon of mushroom powder
 Handful of your favorite thin noodles
 Handful of sprouts
 Optional: 3 shrimp, cut in half

in a pot add the oil and salt.

Add the tomato and onion slices and toss for one minute.
Add the mushrooms and toss for 1 minute.

Add the boiling water to the slightly cooked vegetables.
Add the mushroom seasoning, stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add the noodles and fish if desired.

When the noodles are cooked, taste broth for seasoning.
Adjust salt if necessary.

Spoon the soup into a bowl.
Add the mung beans on top.
