CREATIVE LEFTOVER STIR-FRY

We love leftovers. They bring out the creative cook in all of us. We're all about Qi and intuition so enjoy using your leftovers to make am unusual, tasty meal.

Yields1 Serving
 1 tablespoon of oil
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 cracked pepper to taste
 Any leftover veggies you have
 Any leftover fish or meat you have
 Dash of soy sauce

Heat the wok and add oil and salt.

If you are using tomatoes or onions, add them first and toss for 1 minute.
Next add the balance of your uncooked veggies.

When the veggies look almost tender add any previously cooked veggies, meat or fish.
Add the mushroom seasoning and toss.

Add cracked pepper to taste.
Enjoy!

Fun option: To make this meal into a soup, add boiling water to the veggie mixture.
(everything is done in the wok)
Next add rice or cooked noodles if desire.
Add cracked pepper to taste.

Taste the broth and add more salt if needed.

Let all the flavours mix for an additional 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and enjoy!
