In today’s society, stress has become a keyword. When your body is healthy and calm, its vibrations are also balanced and calm. But stress has its own vibration. It constantly zaps the body of its Qi, or vital energy, leaving you feeling depleted by the day’s end, or sometimes even sooner.

The outside of your body is a reflection of what’s happening on the inside. Symptoms are your body’s way of communicating with you. Look at the signs: If your knees and joints are inflexible, your thinking is rigid, or you are easily angered, your Liver is off-balance. Chronic anger and frustration shows you what’s going on at an invisible level inside the body. If things constantly bother you, you’re constantly weighing on the Liver. Can you go with the flow?

Do you have high cholesterol or high blood pressure? Do you have moons on your fingernails? Is your hair shiny and beautiful? The body always tries to show you what’s going on inside. It’s sharing its story. Understanding how to read this story can help you rewrite the ending. That’s how you rebalance your body.
