Emotions are based on beliefs. Can you identify which “negative” beliefs drive the way your mind thinks? How do these beliefs create thoughts that color your reality?
Even when we believe something to be 100% true, we often find ourselves in situations that help us to see an issue from a different perspective. Perhaps we encounter a spiritual leader we connect with or experience something we never thought could happen in this reality. If we allow ourselves to embrace these opportunities, we can begin to shift our beliefs, little by little. Still, changing long-held beliefs is a gradual process. This process can be difficult, or it can be easy, depending on how flexible you are and how open your mind is.
As you change your beliefs, you will begin to approach individuals, relationships, and situations in your life from a new, inspired angle. As beliefs evolve, new thoughts can arise. Then, the energetic frequencies of emotional responses will create different, healthier reactions in the body.
The body is an incredibly sensitive 3D screen on which, and through which, you project all kinds of messages and show all kinds of energies—both from within and also from the Universe. Isn’t it time to upgrade your program and change your beliefs?
