Happy Holidays from TCM World!

Dear Qi Family,

This has been a year of transitions—full of opportunities to learn about life and the precious gift of time. I often tell my students: hurry up, don’t waste your time…do something.

Life is not always easy. It challenges us to “see” what lies beyond our current perception. When disappointment, unhappy events, or illness interrupt our flow, it’s not a signal to stop. It’s a message to reflect on the larger meaning. Everything that happens to you or on you carries a purpose and a message.

There are many paths in front of you. Some lead toward your greater potential; others take you off course. Listen to your guts. Trust your intuition.

Over the past year, I’ve shared many principles and practices to help simplify life so you can gradually drop the mind and open yourself to new insights. This takes time and fewer distractions.

Look back on this year.
What has changed?
Has your understanding of Life—or Qi—shifted?
Has your Qigong practice opened a pathway to see beyond your surface potential?

How have these teachings supported your growth?
If you don’t see movement in yourself, it may simply mean you haven’t given yourself the time and space to discover your many gifts.

Nothing in life is perfect. Little by little, you can discover more. You can become more profound. This is a process of becoming. Don’t rush—but don’t waste your time!

My wish for you is to recognize that you already hold the golden ball. It is not something another person can give you. Through quality practice and guidance from your master’s teachings, you have the potential to discover who you truly are.

I am grateful to have the opportunity to share these teachings with you. We look forward to sharing more teachings with you throughout 2026.

May you be blessed with peace and joy.

Happy Holidays,

Master Nan Lu
