Everything is energy. All energy has consciousness. All consciousness has purpose. Therefore, everything has purpose. We just may not be able to understand it.
Remember back to when you were a child. While playing with friends, did you ever fall and scrape your knee? Did you ever lean backward onto the back two legs of a chair, and fall? Were you ever hospitalized with an illness? Did you ever get a sore throat? Did you fall off a bicycle and fracture a bone? And now as an adult, do you obsess about being “healthy”? Do you participate in fitness classes and special diets to find wellness?
So, why all of the above questions? Why look back to things that “happened to you” or your current “health” regime? What if our society has been looking at being healthy in a way that creates more sickness?
Albert Einstein once said, “I never teach my pupils, I only provide the conditions in which they can learn.” What can we learn from those words? What if the Universe provides the conditions for us to learn about ourselves? Just think, how much self-learning, and self-care learning did you receive while being educated in an institutional setting? More than likely, much more meaningful self-care learning happens in everyday life.
So, what if the Universe is giving us the opportunity to grow on a body-mind-spirit level through our symptoms? Our body’s messages present us with great learning opportunities to delve deeper and expand our spiritual growth.
