Your body’s organs are in continual communication, working together to keep you functioning at the highest level of good health. No doubt, a tremendous task to accomplish! If you’re under a lot of pressure or experience chronic stress, your Liver and Stomach may be struggling and letting you know in the following ways:
1. You become frustrated and worry easily.
2. You can’t let go of things like thoughts and fears.
3. You experience constipation, bloating and stiffness.

If you relate to any of these, consider them signs from your body that it’s asking for support. It’s all about stress and how to rid yourself of those uncomfortable sensations that take over the body. Here are a few tips:

1. Listen to violin music and allow the vibration to wash over you.
2. Appreciate your space. Say no to something you don’t want to do.
3. Eat your meals in a peaceful setting and include foods like string beans, snow peas, eggplant fish and chamomile tea.
4. Just STOP. Find a few minutes everyday to disconnect.
5. Laugh more. Laughter tickles the body and releases tension.
