Through what looks like simple stories, Laozi stirs the spirit, allowing truth to surface without struggle. His teachings open a quiet doorway that encourage true healing to begin. Stories are posted throughout the week for discussion with Master Lu.
A series of meditative Qigong practices
Master Lu teaches slow yet impactful Qigong practices to encourage a peaceful Heart. Large group practice sessions are scheduled during the week. Once taught, video replays will be available for continued reinforcement of form.
Five Elements and Qi
The ancient view of health is quite different and offers us a framework to understand the needs of the body without fear or what ifs. This session Master Lu will focus on the Heart and its important relationship with the Spleen and Stomach.

Eating plan that nurtures the Heart and Stomach
Getting Qi from food can be simple once you understand the formula. But don't stop there, what are the requirements for absorbing this Qi and inviting the body to utilize the energy resources for maximum benefits.
Optional Herbal Support
This summer carries more emotional and environmental pressure, often showing up as heat and stagnation in the Liver. The focus is to cool and restore flow. Master Cleanse supports digestion and releases stagnation, while Sun and Moon help to cool the Liver and improve flow.
