Description

Reinventing Tenderness

March 22nd - March 29th

Softness and tenderness are expressions of Spring’s consciousness. The Liver carries this same capacity, which we describe as flow.

When Liver Qi moves freely, the body and emotions naturally become more at ease. In this state, tenderness returns on its own—and life begins to move through you with far less effort.

Join Grand Master Nan Lu and the TCM World team for a week-long journey of study and self-cultivation. Master Lu’s teachings are deeply informed by the timeless wisdom of the great Taoist sages Lao Tzu and Zhuangzi. You’ll learn what the Taoists call Wu Wei: when you stop forcing, life begins to move on its own.
