Kate’s Story: Release From Back Pain with the Dragon’s Way

I am a nurse and have been in the healthcare field for close to 15 years. I have spent many hours putting wear and tear on my back, not to mention the other physical and mental lack of self care that seems to go along with the western approach to practicing medicine. For the past 10 years I have lived with chronic, unrelenting back pain.
I started practicing the Dragons Way® about 3 months ago. Up until that point, back pain was something I just accepted as normal. But about 2 weeks into my practice, while doing the Dragon Kicks Backward movement, I felt what I perceived to be a “release” in my stomach and lower spine. The pain was GONE! Just like that—instantaneously—10 years of chronic low back pain disappeared! Since that release, I have spent extra time practicing this movement, to make sure I stay pain-free. I truly haven’t felt this good, both physically and mentally, in years. I look forward to more self-healing to come from this life-changing program.  Thank you, Dragons Way!
