Since childhood, we’ve likely been asked that question more times than we can count. Being ready involves a sense of preparation. Pack your suitcase, use the bathroom, grab your belongings, get your shoes on. But what is the signature moment we know we are actually “ready” to embark on something new? And are we ever really fully ready for whatever life throws at us? Most times, no. So instead of preparing and waiting for the moment in time when you feel most ready to join a club, apply for a job, take your dream vacation, break free of a toxic situation, or [insert your next goal here], jump in with both feet first right now. Who knows what roadblocks tomorrow will bring. There’s no time like the present moment.
