These classes aim to empower women with natural healing techniques that help release fear and activate the body’s innate healing potential.
Class will be taught by Elaine Katen, TCM Wellness Counselor and Tao of Medical Qigong practitioner
In Eastern traditions, health begins with flow. When your energy flows, your body knows how to heal. But stress, poor diet, and daily habits can block that flow. In this class, I will guide you to use Qigong and simple lifestyle changes to support your body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal.

Help yourself then help others. From an energetic point of view there is much more to learn about preventing and healing from breast cancer than is commonly known in the West. Learn 7 targeted Qigong movements, understand how to support the digestive system, and a fresh view of stress and its long term impact on health. Once learned we encourage you to share with other women.
Qigong for Breast Health: A 4-Week Journey
- Week 1: Stress & Liver Qi – Learn how stress creates stagnation and how Qigong can restore balance.
- Week 2: Stomach Qi & Digestion – Discover why strong digestion is the key to prevention and explore supportive foods.
- Week 3: Kidney Energy – Strengthen the body’s energy storehouse to preserve reserves for healing and long-term health.
- Week 4 – Refinement – After weeks of practice energy is now flowing. I will help you refine yoru practice then offer additional support for those who wish to share these practices with other women.
Each session includes a full Qigong practice plus insights you can apply right away supporting your body from the inside out.
