But how? How do you drop the worries of the world and let go of the all-consuming fear that infiltrates our society?
You turn inward.
Every answer to every question you’ve ever asked about your body or your health can be found by searching within. You don’t need a dictionary, encyclopedia, or Google search to decipher a symptom. Think of it as a message from the body. What does your body want to share with you?
Physical symptoms and “excess emotions” are the body’s way of communicating that something is off balance. At all costs, the body will try to maintain its balance. The body exerts a tremendous amount of energy to recover from the emotional wear and tear of stress, fear, and worry—vibrations that zap your Qi.
We have become so accustomed to moving at such a fast pace that we don’t always notice small warning signs that pop up. The body often escalates its physical response so that you can take note and make changes. If you’re already low on energy and are under constant stress, this imbalance can eventually manifest as a chronic emotional or physical condition.
Instead of being fearful of these warning signs, thank your body for the early cues. Then take the time to re-learn how to relax and unwind.
