What Is Eating For Healing?
Eating for healing extends far beyond the foods on your plate. It takes into account how and where the food was grown and how long the food took to grow. Just look at the Qi red peppers absorb! They need to grow for about a month longer than green peppers!. Eating for healing also considers the ways in which the food energetically supports your body’s organ systems.
When you eat, how do you know the food is 100% yours? Healing foods don’t give your body what you’re missing. The purpose of eating for healing is to allow your body to discover the food’s potential so you’ll be able to absorb more nutrients and energy from the food.
Every food has consciousness—information that can never be destroyed. Those foods can help you stimulate your body’s own healing ability.
In the video below, Grand Master Lu shares his insight into eating for healing, and the ways in which eggs—Nature’s perfectly balanced food—can support your body in reaching its own state of balance.
