A 7-Day Exploration with Grand Master Nan Lu

Winter invites stillness, depth, and quiet power. In Taoist wisdom, this season is considered the gateway to your Life Source. When you enter Winter correctly, you build the energetic reserves that determine your health, creativity, and clarity for the entire year.

The Yin Yang of Winter

In Nature, Yin is the invisible message of the season—its emotional tone, the quiet pull inward, the wisdom hidden beneath the surface. Yang is the outer appearance—cold air, bare branches, early sunsets.

Your Organ Systems each carry consciousness. They “listen” to Winter’s messages and respond long before you notice a feeling or symptom. This is Chinese psychology: the interplay between your internal world and the natural world that shapes your emotions, decisions, and direction in life.

Understanding this relationship is not philosophy. It is how your body works.

What You Will Experience

This program opens the first chapter of our year-long Seasonal Series, where Master Lu reveals how Yin and Yang form the blueprint of your physical, emotional, and spiritual life.

In Taoist wisdom, the body is always communicating with Nature and has a direct correlation with emotional frequency.. Your Organ Systems carry their own consciousness. They “listen” to these seasonal messages and quietly adjust your feelings, energy, and direction. When a season shifts, your inner world shifts with it. This is not philosophy—it is how life works.

An opportunity to study directly with Master Lu through Taoist Wu Ming Qigong, ancient teachings, and personal exploration.

Over seven days, Master Lu will guide you to experience how your inner world responds to Winter’s Yin and Yang. Through Wu Ming Qigong, seasonal Eating-for-Healing principles, and insights rooted in Chinese psychology, you’ll learn how your Organ Systems listen to Nature’s message—and how this dialogue shapes your energy, emotions, and direction in life. Each session reveals a new layer of who you are and the Qi that animates your life.

3 Live Session with Master Lu

Study directly with Master Lu as he leads you through Wu Ming Qigong movements designed to support Winter’s energetic focus and strengthen Kidney Qi. These sessions deepen your ability to feel the season’s message inside your body. Join live on Zoom and continue integrating the teachings with on-demand replays in your private membership.

Taoist Teachings

Winter invites you to “see” beneath the surface. Through stories, imagery, and guidance inspired by Laozi and Zhuangzi, Master Lu reveals the invisible side of Yin and Yang—the emotional tone of the season and how your Organ Systems respond to it. These teachings help you shift perception, awaken intuitive understanding, and recognize the inner wisdom already working within you.

Additional Group Practice

Our experienced instructors lead a mid-week session to help you refine your Qigong movements and deepen your connection to Winter’s energetic message. This guided practice strengthens your foundation, clarifies technique, and offers space for questions.

Eating for Health

In Chinese medicine, foods carry an essence that communicates directly with your Organ Systems. For Winter, we focus on ingredients that warm, nourish, and protect the body’s root—Kidney Qi. Our Eating-for-Healing plan supports digestion and builds internal reserves during this Yin season.
