Any vegetable grown on a vine is great for the Liver, so this pea dish fits the bill.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion briefly.
Add the snow peas, salt, mushroom powder and sugar. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the peas, and continue to stir fry for another minute. Add a bit of water if needed.
Add the splash of rice wine and remove from heat.
