WARM ROOT STIR FRY

Black sesame seeds and the sesame oil support Kidney Qi.  Root vegetables like potatoes will support the Stomach while daikon will help the digestive system.

Yields2 Servings
 1 cup sweet potato cut into bite size pieces or strips
 1/2 cup sliced daikon radish
 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
 2 tsp black sesame seeds
 1 tbsp sesame oil
  1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

Heat the sunflower or peanut oil  in a wok.  Add the vegetables and cook until slightly tender.

Toss with sesame oil then sprinkle the black sesame seeds.  Add soy sauce, toss gently and serve.

Serve alone or over rice.
