
SWEET POTATO FISH TACO
Root vegetables come directly from the Earth, thereby giving a helping hand to our own digestive system. Sweet potatoes are a naturally dense food and hold many benefits to our bodies and many potential benefits to our Qi.
1 sweet potato
Oil
Salt
Pepper
1 pound of white fish, such as flounder or cod
1 garlic clove
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 tsp mushroom powder
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 scallion, diced
2 large tortillas

Cut the sweet potato into strips. Lay onto a pan with about two tablespoons of oil, and salt and pepper. Set aside.

Lay the fish into a baking dish, and drizzle with two tablespoons of oil and the chopped garlic. Grate lemon zest on top.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Bake the potatoes first for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the fish to the oven and bake everything for another 15 minutes.

Prepare Traditional Chinese Cabbage.

Warm your tortillas in the oven before plating.
