 Chicken broth
 Salt to taste
 Ginger powder
 Mushroom powder
 Dash of tumeric
 Leftover noodles, such as udon
 Scallions, green and white parts

Heat the chicken broth.

Add in the salt, ginger, mushroom powder and turmeric and bring to a boil.
