SPICY BROCCOLI
Liver is a key part of digestive health, enabling flow. Eating foods that support the Liver will allow other food, and even invisible things that we process, to be digested with more ease.
Rinse the broccoli florets and add to the wok with one cup water, brown sugar, mushroom seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Stir it up and cover when water is at a boil.
Let simmer until the broccoli tops are tender but the stalk is still firm.
The broccoli may not absorb all the water. Drain the water. Save it by pouring it into separate container and marinate a chopped cucumber or a tomato.
To the wok, add a drizzle of oil and the chopped garlic clove. Heat it up until you can start to smell the garlic.
Plate onto a serving dish.
Serve as a side dish with Almond Crusted Cod.
