
SESAME SWEET POTATO SNACK
These potatoes are quick to make and warming to the tummy. The black sesame seeds are especially supportive for the Kidney. Enjoy as a light meal or snack.
2 sweet potatoes (cubed)
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp black sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.

Add the mixture to a baking pan. Bake until soft, about 30 minutes.

Optional: Add apple slices to the potatoes.
