
SESAME FISH WITH GINGER SAUCE
This is a tasty dish to benefit Kidney and Lung energy. Ginger brings warmth to the Stomach.
1 cup sesame seeds
4 white fish fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons hot water

In a dry pan, toast the sesame seeds, and remove from the pan.

Salt and pepper the fish fillets and pat on the sesame seeds.

Heat the oil and add the fish for a few minutes.

Turn the fish over and continue to heat until browned. Remove from the pan.

For the side sauce, heat the butter and stir in the ginger for 30 seconds.

Stir in the soy sauce and water.

Sprinkle over the fish and serve.
