 pecans
 peanuts
 1 pine nuts
 1 raisins
 1 egg white beaten
 ½ teaspoon of sugar

Line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees.

Add all the nuts and raisins to a bowl.
Mix in the sugar and egg white.
Toss well.

Transfer the contents of the bowl onto the lined cookie sheet. Arrange the mixture so it is only one layer high.

Bake for 30 minutes.
No need to shake the mixture during baking time.
