
RED DATE GOJI TEA
Red dates support the digestive system and are a great tea year-round. Add your favorite spices for diverse flavors.
6–8 small red dates, halved
2 tsp goji berries
Optional: 4–6 pieces lily bulb

Halve dates and remove pits.

Put all ingredients in a small pot with 2-3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Cover, simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Let sit for a minute then strain and enjoy!
Don't forget to eat the fruit as a separate treat.
