
PEANUT SAUCE
Add this sauce to noodles for an easy dinner. Peanuts benefit the Stomach and Spleen. When this pair has strong Qi, the body can absorb the essence from the food (and even the invisible information) that you consume.

1 tsp peanut butter
3 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mushroom powder
1/2 tsp cooking wine

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.

Boil 1/3 pound of noodles. If adding scallion, add it during the last minute of boiling the pasta.

Coat the noodles with the sauce and enjoy.
