ORANGE FRESH SALAD

The sweet and sour taste of this recipe is great for the digestive system and will help keep the body cool.

 ½ orange, peeled and cut into chunks
 ½ yellow or red pepper, cut into bite sized pieces
 1 scallion, diced
 ½ sweet onion, diced
 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
 1 stalk of celery, chopped
 Fresh parsley, chopped
 1 lime, juiced
 1 lemon, juiced
 ¼ teaspoon of slat

Place the first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

combine the dressing in a small glass then pour over the salad and toss gently.
Let sit 10 minutes then serve.
