WARM AND COOL BREAKFAST

The body loves warmth, and it loves balance. Coconut milk is a satisfying way to release excess heat from the body.

Yields1 Serving
1/2 cup oats (or barley and mung beans, about 2 tbsp each)
1/2 cup coconut milk (recommend the canned version with no added ingredients)
 Water
 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
 Strawberries, sliced
 Walnuts, chopped finely
Tip: use seasonal fruit. For example, find yellow fruit in the late summer season.
