NUT AND BERRY OATMEAL

Coconut milk gives support to the Liver and is especially nurturing to the digestive system when added to the warm oats. Enjoy with nuts and berries for a nourishing breakfast.

 1/2 cup oats
 1/2 cup coconut milk (recommend the canned version with no added ingredients)
 1/2 cup water
 1 tsp brown sugar
 Strawberries
 Blueberries
 Handful of chopped walnuts

Add the oats, coconut milk, water, and sugar into a pot and stir while on a low heat.

Chop the walnuts and strawberries and set aside while the oats are cooking. Once the oatmeal is a creamy consistency, add to a bowl and top with the fruit and the nuts.
