This hearty soup is satisfying and supports healthy Stomach function.

Yields1 Serving
 1 tomato, cut into large chunks
 1 onion, diced
 1 Tablespoon of oil
 2 teaspoons of salt
 3 white potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks
 3 carrots, cut into bite-size chunks
 1/2 head of cabbage, cut into long slivers
 2 teaspoons of mushroom powder

In a quart sized pot, bring water and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil.

In a wok heat oil and remaining salt. When hot add the tomatoes and onions.

Cook for 1 minute then add the vegetables to the boiling water.

Add remaining ingredients.

Let cook for 15 minutes.

Note: Try substituting sweet potatoes for white potatoes.
