Mushrooms have been used medicinally as a healing food for centuries and are known to boost the immune system. Tomatoes are helpful in cooling the body and in clearing toxins. As a combo, they are a powerful meal to support the body.

Mushroom and tomoato
Yields1 Serving
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 2 teaspoons salt
 ½ tomato
 6 to 8 mushrooms, sliced
 ½ onion, diced
 3 cups of boiling water
 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning
 Splash of wine

Heat the wok and add the oil and salt.

Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. Saute for 3 minutes. Then add the mixture to a pot of boiling water.

Add the mushroom seasoning and wine. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Before serving, drizzle in some sesame oil but don't stir.

Optional: Add fish or tofu for a heartier meal.
