KIDNEY FRIENDLY TUNA

Fish from the salty sea connects to the vibration of the Kidney. Adding spice to the mix helps add warms to the digestive system. 

Yields1 Serving
 1 can of tuna (5 oz can)
 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 1/4 tsp mustard
 1 celery stick, chopped
 1/4 tsp salt
 1/4 tsp spice (curry powder or black pepper)
 Handful of raisins
 Crackers of your choice

Drain the excess water from the tuna, and mix it together in a bowl with all of the ingredients. Taste test for more spice, and enjoy with crackers or toasted bread.

Optional:  Top with tomatoes, red onion and lettuce.
