HONEY ROASTED PEARS WITH GINGER

Yields1 Serving

Many warming flavors of fall are in this dish–delicate pears, sweet honey, spicy cinnamon, and rejuvenating ginger. Pears help to remove heat from the body and are beneficial to the Lung and Large Intestine. Honey and ginger also have healing essences that strengthen your Lung/Large Intestine energy, and the nuts and cinnamon support your Kidneys. Use candied pecans or walnuts to turn this into an extra-special healing dessert for the Fall!
