WARM HONEY BOWL

Yellow fruit directly supports Stomach function. By supporting digestive system Qi, the Lung & Large Intestine pair will have a chance to let go of anything that no longer supports balance. 

Yields1 Serving
 1/3 cup quick oats
 3/4 cup water
 Pinch of salt
 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
 Your choice of fruit
 Almonds (cut into bite size pieces)
 Optional: One chunk of peeled fresh ginger

Boil water and pour over the oats. Add a pinch of salt and the fresh ginger, if using, and let sit for a couple of minutes.

Once creamy, add the sugar or honey and half of the almonds. Stir.

Top with chopped fruit and nuts.
