GRILLED ENDIVE SALAD

 1 Endive, cut into wedges
 5 Scallions
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1/8 teaspoon of salt
 Dressing of choice

Cut the washed endive lengthwise.

Brush cut endive and scallions with olive oil.

Sprinkle endive and scallions with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat up your indoor grill pan or outdoor grill and cook endive and scallions on each side until slightly wilted and grill-marked.

Cut the grilled endive and scallion into 1-inch pieces.

For variety add your favorite homemade dressing.
