
ASPARAGUS HARMONY BOWL
The meal supports smooth Liver Qi flow and detoxification with greens, millet, and lemon-ginger miso dressing. Great for seasonal balance and all year long it will also support healthy digestion.
1 cup millet or brown rice
½ cup lightly steamed asparagus
½ cup steamed edamame
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp white miso paste
1 tpsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp of water
Optional: Add a handful of sprouts or your favorite greens

Rinse and cook millet or brown rice and cook according to directions on the box.

Steam the edamame and the asparagus.

In a medium sized bowl, add 1/2 the rice or millet, then the steamed veggie.

Add the remaining grains to the bowl. Top with sprouts and watercress.

Mix the remaining ingredients to create the dressing: ginger, miso, lemon, honey and water. Drizzle the dressing over the bowl.
